Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. Casey's fight started over 5 years ago when he came back from being deployed and found out he had Colon Cancer. The dr's where able to remove the tumor in his colon but the cancer had spread to his lungs and eventually his blood and stomach. Casey has fought for five years this terrible unrelenting disease and held his head high while doing so. Showing each and everyone of us who have been blessed to be part of his life what a true Hero is and that where this is a will there is a way. He has let nothing stop him along the way while being in severe pain for many of his last years and now months. If there is anyone is this world who deserves the recognition for his fight and his journey and his bravery it is Casey. He is now tired but still fighting with each breath bound and determined to fight this terrible disease to the very end. He is currently in Fargo Hospital. He will be moving into a Nursing home shortly with hospice care. To all who have supported and been with Casey through this journey you know the prayers we need right now. I will continue to update this website on his condition and thank you all for the love and continued prayers. We salute you Casey our Brother, our Hero
