Carrie was rushed to the hospital on the afternoon of October 9th after being found unresponsive in her car. First responders and paramedics discovered that she did not have a pulse, but were able to quickly restore her heart rate. She was first brought to Ridges in Burnsville, and then moved to Southdale's ICU. Doctors are unsure of what caused her condition, but she is now being treated by a wonderful group of medical professionals. The doctors have Carrie fully sedated and have lowered her temperature, which is designed to reduce damage to the brain. We will continue to add updates as get them. Thank you all for your support, kindness, and offers to help. We can't thank you enough.
