Welcome to Carrie's CaringBridge website.  Carrie was diagnosed with breast cancer in June.  She has excellent prospects and we want her to take good care of herself.  She started her chemotherapy the week of June 24th and will be getting treatments every three weeks for the next five months.  So that she can focus on her health, we are hoping she can get help with family meals and household chores from nearby friends.  Carrie is very private and has a hard time asking for help.  She'd love to just do it all herself and not worry or bother anyone.   But beating cancer will take all her strength so, after much cajoling, she is willing to accept help.  The best thing to do is bring family meals and then step in if you see a need (laundry, car pooling, errands or donations for house cleaning).  Please visit the "Ways to Help" section and click on the planner to see the calendar.  The dates when meals are most needed are on this calendar. The schedule will change depending on the family work and play schedules and chemo treatments.  Thank you for your support!
