Carol Smith

Carol was diagnosed with Ductal Adenocarcinoma on February 6, 2019 following a biopsy of her right breast.   At this time, the only need and request from Carol is extra prayers, and support for Marty, Andrea, Garson, and Jessica, as they work to support her.  We are still in the first days of this journey, and appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work to gather information and get it out to everyone interested.


The next step is Tuesday February 19, when Carol has an 11am appointment with the OHSU Breast Cancer Center Intake Nurse.  This should be about an hour long appointment, focusing on information gathering.  From that, they will compile a chart to present to the Breast Cancer Center team to come up with a plan and course of action. 


As we move through this process, either Carol, Andrea, or Jessica will be adding journal entries to help with updating everyone.
