Carol went for a routine doctor’s appointment about two weeks ago. The doctor ordered a CAT scan which revealed stage 4 endometrial cancer which has metastasized. She has thus far met with one surgeon, with a second opinion scheduled for Sept 9. With this aggressive type of cancer, surgery is imminent with a follow up of chemo and radiation. She will certainly appreciate everyone’s support but may not have time to respond individually. She will be checking this site as frequently as possible so feel free to leave a comment or a message.
