We have an amazing Mom, and we are so thankful for your care and concern for her during this time. Mom loves Jesus, is an amazing wife, loving grandmother of 6 (Ethan, Will, Charlotte, Lydia, Luke, Peter) grandchildren age 7-15 years of age, and CFO of Bukaty Companies. Mom is a sharp as a tack and one smart cookie. So when her memory and language abilities started to slip, we knew something wasn't right. We started to suspect a medical problem as early as September 21, and suggested Mom visit a doctor. Mom's cancer journey started on September 24, when at a visit to Advent Health Family Care an MRI revealed a large tumor on her left frontal lobe. Within a day mom was admitted to Research Medical Center where she was stabilized and in placed in great care. Things moved fast and Mom had surgery to remove the tumor on September 28.
