On or about February 24, 2019, Carol started experiencing symptoms related to what we thought was a possible stroke. Carol had neurological deficits that affected the right side of her body. On February 28th, Carol had an MRI done at Lawrence Memorial Hospital and they discovered a mass on  he  brain. She was transported immediately to KU Med Center in Kansas City. She was started on steroids immediately which helped regain some strength in her right side. On March 4th, Carol had surgery and they optimistic when heading into surgery. The surgeons were able to remove 90% of the tumor. Carol did some rehab at Ku Med and came home on March 16th. Carols first oncology appointment was on March 21st were it was shared with us that the tumor was a Glioblastoma tumor.

Through much prayer, love, God never ending care for Carol and Dale, and our very strong faith we are going to make it through this journey together side by side. Keep the FAITH as GOD IS GOOD!

I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH! Philippians 4:13
