Mom has been experiencing back pain for about 2 years. As of late she has been living with me, Lynn, been at Essentia in Fargo, moved over to Bethany on University, and back to Essentia. She has had two back surgeries. The first one was to drain an abscess on her spine. The second one was to stabilize her spine with 2 rods and screws, a fusion of her complete lumbar. She is in pain and has osteomyelitis (bone infection). It is very serious and they are doing everything they can to help her.


She has a NG feeding tube since she has problems swallowing.  SLP (Speech) is working with her to strengthen her throat muscles. As for now she is delirious most likely from the infection.


Because of visitor restrictions, we have not seen our mom. I was the last to see her on March 28th when I called the ambulance to come get her from my house. Please pray for us all.
