My name is Carmella Vincent.  I was originally diagnosed with Sqaumous Cell Carcinoma on November 10, 2011,    Through God's grace, and the prays of faith friends like you, I was placed in remission on September 11, 2012.   Unfortunately, on July 14th (2016) I found out that the cancer has returned.   I was having pain in my abdomen and went in for an examination.  The Doctor did a CT scan and found three very large spots.   The cancer is in it's original location and unfortunately has spread to my liver.   At this point, we do not know if it is the same type of cancer, or something else.   I have had one biopsy, which was inconclusive.   I am scheduled for a liver biopsy today.  I plan to start treatments as soon as possible.    All we know right now is that the "C" in Christ is bigger than the 'c' in cancer, and my faith is found in Him!

What I have really realized, is that so many things I thought were important, aren't.  What IS important is God, Family and Friends. I would love to hear from you.  I would also love to hear any of your favorite verses, to help keep me focused.
