Hello everyone. As many of you already know, Dad, (Calvin Blackman) was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in fall of 2017. Since then, he has been through quite an ordeal. He hasn't eaten or drank anything since November 2017. Mom (dorothy) and his daughters have been feeding him through feeding tube.. He has been driving back and forth from Shiner to Houston for ongoing chemotherapy, radiation treatment, PET scans, etc. Through all his suffering, Dad has demonstrated incredible strength, dignity, love, and grace.
