On April 25th 2017, I was diagnosed with Stage 3A breast cancer (the very technical diagnosis is clinical stage 3, grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma with ER+/PR-/HER2-) It has been a whirlwind of doctors, consultations, and emotions since then but I finally feel like I'm in a place where I can breathe comfortably. I am prepared to embark on this journey with hope and intention but most importantly, am able to do so because of all the amazing love and support you, my family (and yes, if you're reading this, you ARE my family) have showered with me with. The truth is, I KNOW I wouldn't be able to get through the next many months without you all so I'm asking you to hold my hand as I venture forward.
