In May of 2019, Bruce aka Grandad noticed a growth below his right ear. After much navigation through the medical system, it was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma of unknown origin. Surgery was performed on 10/18/19 to remove as much of the tumor as possible. Radiation and chemotherapy were recommended to zap the last of the cancerous cells.

As you probably know, Grandad is vital to Jack and Jenna's lives, providing much needed childcare for Jack while Jenna works as a midwife, and ever brightening Jack's day with his goofy antics. As a solo parent needing to continue supporting her family, Jenna appreciates any support available through this journey toward wellness with Grandad. Thank you for any way you can help!
