Brook George was recently diagnosed with Stage 2B Breast Cancer. She will be undergoing a double mastectomy Thursday May 3, 2018. The recovery time for this is expected to be eight weeks. During that time she will be recovering at home where she lives with her daughter, son and a roommate. Generous coworkers have donated sick days so her recovery income should be covered. Please visit this page for updates and asks. I am imagining food would be helpful as soon as Brook feels up to it and then of course as needs are apparent will add those needs here.
