Brodie Gilbertson

On October 14, 2021 Brodie was diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).  Brodie started feeling sick on Sunday with swollen lymph nodes and feeling lethargic. What we thought would be a quick trip to the walk in clinic soon turned into being admitted to the hospital and a diagnosis of cancer. Brodie will be undergoing multiple months of chemotherapy treatments including both pill and IV forms.  It also sounds like the best long term plan will be heading to Mayo Clinic for a bone marrow transplant. The process has been started. Hopefully, they'll be able to find a perfect match for him. We appreciate all the support from family and friends and would love to keep you informed through Brodie’s journey so will  be sharing updates on this site as often as we can.
