On March 1st (it took almost a month to get the diagnosis), Brielle was diagnosed with an anaplastic astrocytoma. Her tumor was fully removed through surgery on Feb. 7th and she will go through radiation treatment along with chemotherapy to treat the tumor bed and surrounding area.
