Brian Cook

On July 10, 2019 Brian suffered a stroke that left him with a traumatic right hemisphere brain injury.  After several days of seemingly encouraging recovery, Brian's response to demands lessened and a new scan revealed worsening symptoms with brain swelling. He was moved to the SICU for treatment and monitoring. Our family is taking each day at a time as we pray for a miracle but prepare for a reality where Brian is no longer able to be the person he once was. We ask that you please do not reach out personally to Candie as she focuses on the challenges at hand. Feel free to use the site as a means of communicating your encouraging messages.
