Hello, Brenda Jones is a dear friend of mine, and I am starting this site with her permission. I invited Brenda to write out her story in this spot, but she is overwhelmed with things to do in preparation for her next surgery. She did text me this... "Yes, I am OVERWHELMED!! This is just one more surgery, the lastest MAJOR surgery, in decades of battle against a disease that can't be stopped. It continues to eat away cartilage, tendons, and even bone."
Brenda is having major Shoulder Surgery on May 9, and she would like this site to be the main way her family sends out updates on how she is doing, and specific ways you can be in prayer about her recovery. Check back often for updates. For now, please pray for peace, as Brenda is struggling with fear concerning her upcoming surgery. It is easy to say you should trust God, but having doubts and fears is a natural reaction to a serious, complicated surgery.
