Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place.
A painless lump found under Brandon's armpit had him at the doctor's office last week. After an ultrasound, it was determined that further testing needed to be done to identify the cause of this lump. Brandon's doctor sent him to CHOA for evaluation and he was admitted on Friday, June 23rd.  A biopsy has determined that the cause of the lump is Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma.   He will receive 6 rounds of chemo, 1 every 21 days beginning  this Friday, June 30th.  We are confident Brandon will make it through this and will be as healthy and strong or even stronger than before!  All of your thoughts, prayers and words of encouragement are appreciated! As of right now, Brandon remains at CHOA until further notice.  Please text Lisa or Brandon before visiting to be sure it is a good time.  We plan to use this Caring Bridge as a means of communication rather than the 500 or so texts a day!  At this time, there is not a mealtrain set up but when it is, we will post in here. Thank you again for all of your support and prayers.
