I will be 91 this summer, and I am working on maintaining my health and strength physically and mentally. I exercise Tai Chi at home about 5 days a week. I practice and teach ballroom dance voluntarily at our Senior Center, co-lead a weekly Senior Walk, and do 5K brisk walks. I hope to maintain my health and strength through my 90s and beyond.
