 My first surgery is scheduled December 2 and the second surgery, the ankle replacement, is December 30.  I will not be able to put any weight on my ankle for a total of five weeks. Two weeks after the first surgery and three weeks after the second surgery.
 Tom will be able to drive me to doctor appointments.  I ask prayers and visits. Tom would appreciate a meal or two now and then.  If you're so inclined to spell him periodically during my recovery  that would be deeply appreciated by me and Tom.  Caregiving is difficult for Tom so it would relieve us immensely  if you are able to stay with me occasionally a couple of hours during the day.
