Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. And for visiting Bob (1325 Milwaukee Ave, Bend, OR 97701 , 541-385-5356). Remember, if you see a red "flag" (t-shirt tied to a stick) out front of the house it means that Bob is busy (working or massage) or resting.

Regarding Bob's health:
Being the simple, independent, organized, generous man that he is; he likes to keep his health conversations (although I think he prefers not to talk much about this as it is so repetitive for him with us all) to the current "moving into the next week" status. He is moving about the house in a wheelchair, perhaps sometime might try a walker (but his balance and strength aren't always cooperative here), and his mental state is outstanding. He is taking care of business as he needs to (and his brother, Tom is there to assist). Bob is aware of all the details and has plans in place to take care of himself. His cancer is aggressive and at this point he is doing another week of radiation and taking it from there.
