Welcome to Bob’s CaringBridge page. Many of you suggested I create a site – and thank you for that. I was trying to keep up with my thank you notes and responding to texts and emails and I felt I was failing miserably. Elizabeth and I will be using this wonderful platform to keep all abreast of Bob’s progress towards beating cancer!!  We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

 As Bob battles Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) he has little energy to do much else and really enjoys the texts and emails and little trinkets (like the F’ Cancer socks, Snickers, Queasy Drops, a magazine, etc.,) so thank you for the thoughfullness!  As well, as Andrew, Elizabeth and I journey through this with him we too appreciate the outreach of support and comfort—

the meals, the ride to the train in the Katonah Fire Car the day of the storm to make it to the hospital, the call from a friend at the grocers asking what we might need, the texts from family and friends, #TeamKohler, “just thinking of you” or “prayers going your way” — have made our days easier.

One text in particular really captures what we are experiencing—#noonefightsalone.  Thank you all for letting us know we are not alone but in great company!   Love to all.
