Bob Dougherty

As many of you are already aware, Bob was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on January 28. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and has already completed two sessions. The hope is that Bob qualifies and is accepted into a clinical trial at some point into his treatment (fingers crossed).  Fortunately Sandra is on the road to recovery with her own cancer battle but will need all the love and support from friends and family. We are hoping this site will help the Dougherty family during this difficult time with everything from words of support and encouragement , to help with meals, to keeping everyone up to date with Bob's battle. This is also a great way to centralize all your posts to the family.  The family's needs may change as Bob progresses through treatment and we will keep you updated whenever possible, including the meal calendar. We would like to stress at this time the need for discretion regarding the Dougherty boys. They are aware that Bob has cancer but not the severity of it.  Thank you so much for all of the outpouring of love and support they've already received. It is so comforting to know that Bob, Sandra and the boys have such a wonderful support network.
