Blake noticed some vision loss in early 2019. This lead to some testing which resulted in findings of a brain tumor in his occipital lobe. He went in for surgery on March 22, 2019 to remove tumor. Blake made it through surgery and has recovered well overall. He will need speech and Occupational therapy outpatient treatments to improve current communication and vision deficits resulting from surgery. Blake was discharged on Monday March, 25 2019. We are waiting on pathology to let us know the biopsy results for further treatment and prognosis. Check in for daily updates and further information on Blake’s journey.
