Hi Friends. Not happy news from me this time. After a routine checkup recently, my new doctor suggested I get some tests done to look into a "heart murmur" I was told about for decades.. The results were not what I wanted to hear. I was born with a undeveloped heart valve which in a nutshell, means part of my heart is now toast. I will be having open heart surgery soon to replace my aortic valve and a portion of my aorta which has a nice anurism in it. It sucks, but I am glad he caught it or it would have been a lot worse later. I'm just scared mostly, but I have a bunch of help to get me through. I will keep you posted as it gets closer. Thanks
