Beloved Community, Friends and Family, we are using CaringBridge website to keep you updated about Bing's progress in one place. We appreciate your healing intentions, prayers, words of hope, encouragement, care, love and compassion in these times. Bing was taken to the emergency on October 16th, 6:00 in the morning and was admitted shortly at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland, CA. After a series of tests, he was diagnosed to have cancer of the bile duct. November 7th is the surgery date (at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Oakland, CA) to remove the tumor and learn about the scope of this cancer. After surgery, he will have recovery time and your support and well wishes will keep him uplifted. We are grateful for your involvement. We are not expecting nor looking for financial donations, but want for you to be informed in response to your compassion and concern. Bing is at peace, joyful and active just like his old self despite the pain he goes through at times. Thank you for visiting. We will continue to update you about the details of his progress.
