Thank you for visiting this site. It’s a great tool for updates on my daddy. Most of you know the story but for those that don’t I will start at the beginning. The week of March 7 we learned that my dad (Billy) has squamous cell carcinoma of the left posterior oropharnyx plus 2 lymph nodes. In plain terms..a mass in his throat that has moved to include some lymph nodes. The course of treatment is chemo and radiation for 6 weeks. He has had a CT and pet scan and the results showed that the cancer hasn’t spread so we are thankful. The greatest thing we have heard since the beginning is Treatment with the intent to cure!
