Bill began 35 radiation treatments along with 7 weekly chemo treatments on Monday August 21, 2017 after begin diagnosed with stage IV squamous cell carcinoma of the left tonsil and neck lymph nodes. Bill noticed some blood in his morning spit Nov 2014 and didn't mention to me until May 2015. After a doc at our clinic wasted a few months checking his lungs, our family doc finally listened when we said throat. The CT and PET scans showed cancer. We opted for diet change, cannabis oil and supplements which kept it at bay for a long time until Bill couldn't take those anymore on a daily basis because his stomach wouldn't tolerate. This winter it began to grow. We saw our doctor about what was next and instead of waiting to die Bill decided to try and buy more time by going through rad/chemo as his last resort so here we are.
