It was four years ago this month, July 2016, when two lung nodules were seen on a CXR. We would soon learn that the nodules were sites of Melanoma Metastases; Stage IV with metastasis to bone, brain and lung. Bill has persevered through multiple surgeries, including 2 craniotomies, 5 surgeries to his R arm due to extensive boney involvement/fractures/infections. He has endured two separate courses of immunotherapy and several treatments of radiation to the brain, arm, and most recently spinal cord.
The LORD is powerfully enabling Bill to persevere and give Him glory throughout this journey. “The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O LORD, endures forever…” Psalm 138:8 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 God is faithful to His promises, and we trust that He is accomplishing great and eternal good-our Hope is in Him.
