My name is Janet, I am Billie's daughter for those I don't know. Mom was diagnosed with stage iv rectal cancer several weeks ago. It has spread to her liver and a few spots on the lungs.  She has completed 5 radiation treatments and started chemotherapy just yesterday.  She is fighting hard and has a positive outlook, told me Monday this isn't going to kill her. Not yet anyway. Today she was taken to the ER at Stormont Vail with severe diarrhea and dehydration, around 4:30.  It is now 10:30 and she is still in ER waiting for a room. Ridiculous much?


Beyond crushed to see her going through this, cannot imagine a world without my Mom. Anymore than I'm sure some of you can imagine a world without her. Any and all prayers are welcome and appreciated and I will keep ya'll updated as well as I can. Thanks for caring and loving my Mom! I know I sure do, more than words can say.
