Dear family and friends,


A few months back dad was having sinus issues, so he thought, and sought care from an ENT while in Arizona. The ENT found an enlarged lymph node in his neck and thought that it warranted further investigation. He was evaluated by many providers and specialists in Arizona and had many tests, scans and biopsies over the following couple months. Dad wanted to be close to home and family before starting any treatment and mom and dad ventured home at the beginning of May. Since then, he has met with, and been evaluated by, oncology and ENT at Trinity Health in Minot.



He has a suspected thyroid cancer. We are unsure of the plan in the upcoming weeks. We are doing our best to stay hopeful and optimistic about the unknown future.


We are very thankful for skillful and intelligent physicians and surgeons and also for the medical community that has surrounded us with information, guidance and support.


We will try our best to keep everyone informed and updated moving forward. We are so grateful for everyone’s love, support and prayers!
