On Sunday December 4th, 2016, our friend Mark experienced a stroke which left him without the use of the right side of his body and with difficulty speaking. Mark spent the first few days in ICU and is now currently on the neuroscience floor of PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center attempting to get strong enough to move to a rehab facility. Mark is currently receiving rehab and occupational therapy to adapt and learn how to potentially live with the use of only 1 arm and leg.
This is a page that has been set up in order for the family to update everyone on Mark's progress through this journey. Feel free to reach out and ask questions, leave encouraging comments, or find out ways you can donate to help Mark's medical expenses.
