Welcome to Bert's CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated on Bert's journey and progress with her diagnosis of Leukemia and now Carcinoma in her neck.
On Saturday July 16, 2016 she received routine labs results indicating she likely had CML.We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.
On Februry 8, 2019 Bert was diagnosed with a tumor in her submandibular salivary gland. It was found positive for Carcinoma. She will begin radiation in a few weeks. Once again your words of hope and encouragement would be welcome.
