We found out on August 16, 2011 I had breast cancer - on Aug 26, I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer* - Stage IIIC

Here I am healthy and happy and now I have Breast Cancer. I'm still happy and this cancer is just a temporary thing . . .Seven months after the initial treatment those pesky cancer cells decided to take up shop in my left hip and since then they made their way to my left femur, right hip, a left rib and my skull - rads to my hip and femur are working and the rib pain is all but gone (prayers and Herceptin) and the skull - well I just pretend it's not there . . .

As of June 2013, the cancer has metastasized to my spine (lower cervical spine, T1 and L3) and left iliac bone. Chemo has been prescribed - that'll start soon

Chemo ended in October ('13) I continue with Herceptin and Perjecta.

PET scans in September and November show no signs of cancer at all - my doctor used the word 'extraordinary' in his report – extraordinary response to treatment.

They can take the credit but I know what has cured me - All Things are Possible!

I made a drastic lifestyle change and continue to support my immune system with proper nutrition and exercise, energy medicine, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, – I'm keeping my mind, body and spirit fed - fed with all the good things

As of November '14 - still no signs of nothing, nodda, zippo . . .

As of January '16, I continue to take Herceptin, but have stopped or declined all other recommended medications - estrogen blockers, bone strengtheners, ovary shut down, and a sister drug to Herceptin (Perjeta).  My plan is to stop Herceptin - just don't know when that will  be - sooner than later though!

May '16 ~ It's back . . . . My heart had a bunch of fluid around it - when it was drained they found cancer in it.  Doc said if we were to look at the lining of the pericardium we'd probably see tiny tumors.  So I am home - on oxygen, as my lungs are a mess too.  I have every intention of healing this.  Got lots of things lined up - natural path/nutrition, Chinese herbs, oils, meditation, prayer, evergy medicine - yep!  You mark my words, I will be better and healthy again - just a little more gravel in my travel.
