Our dear friend Rebecca Cox and her sister Genevra Williams have recently embarked on a major transition within their family. Many of you may know that their mother Priscillia was medically transported from Kansas, along with Becca's son Deven, arriving yesterday at Gen's home in Ben Lomond. Priscillia is very ill with stage 4 cancer and the tumors are rapidly growing. Everyone is hoping and praying for a divine miracle in that she will receive more advanced care with second opinions and progressive treatment here in California. Happy to report the transport went relatively smooth and both Priscillia and Deven are settled in comfortably.
Priscillia has been the primary caregiver to Becca's son Deven over the past fifteen years. Deven is 19 years old and has Autism Spectrum ASD which requires the need for specific care in certain areas. Because of the distance between Becca's home in San Jose and Gen's home in Ben Lomond, they would graciously welcome any and all support.
