On Saturday April 9, 2022 Barbara suffered a stroke while shopping. Thankfully, some very attentive and capable saints where she was shopping came to her aid quickly. She was across the street from St. Josephs Regional Medical Center when this took place. Within one quarter hour, she was transported to the hospital where the doctors and nurses understood her condition ahead of her arrival.
Barbara underwent surgery right away. Surgery was determined necessary to relieve pressure on her brain. She is now recovering in the ICU.
We all know that her strength and perseverance are unwavering. Your support and prayers will carry her through this long road to recovery. Barbara needs your support. We need your support. Keep her in your thoughts.
