Dear Family and Friends many of you have already heard I have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and it has come as a shock to all of us.  We hold onto HOPE! It is due to my baby granddaughter's arrival and the need for us to get a whooping cough shot that it was brought to my attention that I had missed my annual physical so on May 1st I  went in and a abnormality was found on my mammogram and a biopsy followed which confirmed that it was cancer.  The good news is that it was caught about the earliest it could have been and i am at stage 0 and my prognosis is very good.  I am currently scheduled for a lumpectomy followed by radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks.  I have had genetic testing and am praying I am BRCA Negative which means my cancer is not genetic.  The Lord has been my strength and His Word is the Rock on which I stand, knowing He alone is my Deliver and Healer! I ask for your prayers for I confess I need them and am pleading for God to continue to be Merciful to me as I continue on this journey one step at a time.


2Corinthians 4:7-10 But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us.  We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus my also be manifested in our bodies.


So thankful already for the Hand of God on me; Prayers, Love and support for me and my family!
