❤️35 DAYS OLD AND STILL NOT ABLE TO COME HOME~ PRAYERS PLEASE. 🙏
The Miller Family officially became a party of 10 when Baby Holland arrived on April 5th, 2019, at 1:15 a.m. However, due to complications resulting from what his doctors call “the trifecta,” Holland has been in the NICU since birth.
Baby Holland is a fighter, and is currently being treated for: MAS (Meconium Aspiration Syndrome), PPHN (Persistant Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn), and sepsis (from an infection contracted while in utero); secondary to those main complications, he is also working to overcome pneumonia, jaundice, and blood clotting deficiencies.
As you can imagine, it's been a difficult time for Mom, Dad, and the kids. While Holland is at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, the rest of the Miller clan is back at home in Eagle Mountain.
It's in times like these that the saying, "it takes a village," really rings true—the unconditional love and support from friends, family, and community is invaluable. Whether you're just down the road or you're over the river and through the woods, please consider helping The Miller Family if you're able—they are especially in need of child care, meals, and gas cards (for roundtrip travel to the hospital).
