Brenden Behan B-Strong

Wednesday, December 28th, 2016 Mike and I received news that no parent can ever prepare for; Brenden's biopsy had come back positive for Hodgkin's Lymphoma.  The out pouring of love and support from family and friends has been more then we ever dreamed of, and thank you all for the prayers and support you have shown our boys and us.  We have decided to create this website to ease our communications with everyone.  
We began Chemotherapy Friday, January 13th, 2017.  Brenden is doing well; tired and nauseated at times.  He will be receiving treatments every other week for the next twelve weeks.  The B-STRONG logo was created by one of Brenden's good buddies; it has multiple meanings to us.  Many of Brenden's friends and family call him "B"; but also it represents a verse in the Bible our family holds to; Joshua 1:9  Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
Brenden knows that God is with him and is helping him through this, please continue to pray for him as we walk this journey.  Mike and I are  more then humbled by the prayers, support, and love we have been shown.  We thank you all.  God has definitely been present and opening doors for us along the way.  Bryce is adjusting well also; the two boys are more then just brothers, they are one another's best friend.
