Avi was being treated for Spinal Stenosis but in reality he had a ferocious bacterial infection in his thighs and in his pelvic bone. He also had a life-threatening UTI. Presently he is being treated by IV with antibiotics for 6 weeks, and he needs physical therapy because he is so weak he cannot stand.
