Welcome to Avery's CaringBridge site.
Avery Grace Grontkowski was born at 3:38 PM on Thursday, 1/21/16 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. At birth she weighed 2 lbs. 9 oz and was 15 in. long. She was born 10 weeks before her expected delivery date (March 30th, 2016).
We've created this site to keep friends and family updated while Avery is in the NICU and TCN. We appreciate your support and words of encouragement during this time when it matters most.
