This is Autumn's Caring Bridge site. As you know, Autumn has had very recent heart surgery and is having a difficult recovery. She has a Go Fund Me site but many people are not able to give dollars yet still want to help. That's great, because she still needs help! We are hoping that people can come here to see how they might help by looking at the calendar posted here. Add your name to a date in the calendar if you can help with that activity (i.e., food, transportation, a visit, etc).
