On Wednesday, July 11, 2018, Austin suffered Ventricular tachycardia (causing sudden and full cardiac arrest) in the Minneapolis airport while traveling back to his home in Charlotte, NC. A doctor nearby responded immediately with CPR and after 12+ minutes revived Austin, who was rushed to a nearby hospital. He remains unresponsive while doctors have had to cool his heart down to preserve his body from the after shocks of cardiac arrest. Soon, they will begin the process of warming him up, slowly, and be able to assess the situation more accurately. Pray for the entire Gibson family during this difficult time...John and Angelic are currently with Austin in MN.
