(Pt limba romană mergeți la sfârșit) On December 31 I woke up to find Aurel throwing up. He had been suffering from headaches for a few weeks but didn’t want to go to the doctor as we thought it was from drinking too much coffee , some recent weight gain, etc. but on the 31st I could tell something was not right. I feared a stroke . He was walking into walls and furniture but refused to be taken to the hospital or to call an ambulance. Late in the afternoon my daughter with her tears finally convinced him to go so that we could all have peace of mind. Shortly after 9pm we received a diagnosis that he had a brain tumor and must go to Timisoara that night, for an operation in the next week. I stayed with him until he left with the ambulance to Timisoara and then went home, and packed our bags expecting to be gone for as long as a month. Some dear friends traverse in my car drove us in my car, as I was very tired and also suffering from a torn meniscus in my knee making to much a driving a challenge. Thankfully I can do the limited driving that is needed here .
Upon arrival and Timisoara I learned that Thursday or Friday will be the MRI To show more, but what they can see at the moment is that it’s a 5 to 7 cm tumor on the back right side of his head affecting his vision. Inflammation and pressure from the tumor is also affecting his ability to judge things correctly or remember things correctly. Vision is severely off. They don’t like how it looks and suspect it is cancerous but only after the operation will we know for sure. The operation is planned for Monday or Tuesday next week. We proclaim the blood of Jesus over him.
Thank you for all your prayers and support. It is through strength in the Lord that we are standing on our feet in this moment. Madalina and I are here in Timisioara with Aurel at the hospital and staying with aa wondering New Zealand couple who are missionaries in Romania.. Thankfully we are the only ones in his room at the moment.

Pe 31 Decembrie cand m-am trezit l-am gasit pe Aurel vomitand. In ultimele saptamani a suferit de durere de cap si nu a vrut sa mearga la Doctor si am crezut ca e din cauza ca bea prea multa cafea, Si a pus Ceva in greutate in ultima vreme, etc. Dar pe 31 Decembrie se vedea ca Ceva nu e inregula si mi-o fost frica sa nu aibe accident vascular cerebral. Mergea in pereti si mobila dar refuza sa mearga la Spital sau sa sune ambulanta. Mai de dupamasa Mada cu lacrimile ei l-a convins sa mearga si asa sa ne linistim toti. Dupa 9 seara am primit diagnosticu ca Aurel are tumoare la creier si ca trebe sa mearga la Timisoara in noaptea aia pentru o operatie intr-o saptamana. Am stat cu el pana a plecat cu ambulanta la Timisoara si dupaia am mers acasa si ne-am impachetat lucrurile asteptandu-ne sa fim plecat poate si o luna. Niste prieteni apropiati ne-au condus in masina noastra pentru ca am fost foarte obosita si eu sufar de ruptura de menisc la genunchi care face condusul foarte dificil dar sunt multumitoare ca pot sa conduc limitat Ce am nevoie aici.
Cand am ajuns la Timisoara am aflat ca joi sau vineri va avea un RMN care sa arate mai multe dar Ce pot vedea acum este o tumoare de 5-7cm in spate pe partea dreapta a capulului care ii afecteaza vederea. Inflamatia si Presiunea de la tumoare ii afecteaza abilitatea de a judeca corect lucrurile si sa-si aminteasca corect lucrurile. Vederea e afectata sever. Nu le place cum arata tumoare dar nu-ma dupa operatie v-om sti daca e cu cancer day fara. Operatia e planificata pe luni sau marti saptamana viitoare si proclama-m sangele lui Isus peste el.
Multumim pentru suport si rugaciunile voastre. Este prin puterea Domnului ca stam in picioare in acest moment, Madalina si Eu sunt la Timisoara cu Aurel in Spital si stam la un cuplu minunat din Noua Zeelanda care sunt misionari in Romania. Suntem multumitori ca suntem singuri cu el in salon momentan.
