Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place.  On June 2nd, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma. So far, the only mass that they've found is located in my chest to the right of the trachea. The doctors tell us that this type of cancer is very treatable and people have been cured since the 60's; so, good news. 


 We appreciate your words of hope and encouragement. In fact, Mike, our kids, and I will probably end up depending on your positive thoughts more than you can imagine. We are not looking for financial support.


At the risk of being viewed as completely conceited, please do not post about me on Facebook etc. For some reason, I am embarrassed to even have say it, but I have never felt comfortable broadcasting our issues when times are tough outside of our inner circle.
