Asher Reid Grubaugh

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Our family decided we would like to expand and include one more sweet baby. At 15 weeks we were notified that Asher appears to have a Congenital Heart Defect. After the cardiologist was able to confirm Asher's defect (to the best of their ability), we were notified that they believed Asher may have T18. Although, T18 is considered terminal, we are prepared to fight for his life. We have found an amazing team ready to give Asher every opportunity at life possible. We know that this journey will not be an easy one. But we hope with faith, love, and support we can work together to overcome. We anxiously await Asher's arrival, and true diagnoses. Little Guy will be in NICU after birth for health assessment and then a plan of action will be made. Please feel free to check our journal for updates and status.
