Joules Ember Mayer was born November 27, 2020 at 2:00 in the afternoon. She was diagnosed with a heart condition called TAPVR day after her birth. She is currently receiving care at Children’s Mercy hospital in Kansas City. She requires open heart surgery set for Monday December 7, 2020 .
