April Walker My Breast Cancer Fight

First post: Jul 12, 2020 Latest post: Jan 24, 2021
The day after her 50th birthday, April was diagnosed with Stage 2B Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer. This is an aggressive and fast-growing cancer that requires six months of chemotherapy treatments before surgery. She will have to meet her deductible and out-of-pocket insurance payments twice, and there are additional costs that may not be covered. Due to her weakened immune system during treatment, April will have to isolate from most of her family to keep her safe. This means not seeing some of her kids and grandkids, her parents or her friends.

April has always been a fighter and the biggest supporter of everyone in her family, but now she needs our help! Please pray for April, send her an encouraging text or Bible verse, and consider donating to help her meet the cost she needs to begin treatment. We know April will be a breast cancer survivor, just like her mom and her aunts, and Jesus will get all the glory!
