As you may or may not be aware, I have been diagnosed with a form of Head and Neck cancer called, Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I have been told it is considered Stage-4 as it is metastatic; however, it is still looking to be contained to the lymph nodes in my neck. With any luck, it will stay there!  I put together this journal to help catch everyone up to speed as efficiently as possible. I am sorry if you are first finding out and are frustrated with me for not reaching out directly. I have been working through all this the best I can, and every time I tell the story it gets more real and harder to get out. Please know, that you are important to me, and if you’re reading this, I would hope I am or was important to you as well. If we have not spoken in a while, and you would like to talk.
