Welcome to our CaringBridge website.  We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Ann fell down a set of steps inside Trinity Episcopal Cathedral this past Wednesday evening, October 30. She immediately lost consciousness but was still breathing on her own when she was taken to Oregon Health & Science University by ambulance. The fall caused bleeding inside her brain and her left frontal lobe is significantly injured. She had a life-saving craniotomy. The goal of the surgery was to provide room for swelling without further injuring her brain. Ann received the best possible treatment by her skilled and caring medical team.

Unfortunately, the injuries to multiple areas of her brain were severe, and irreversible. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her family on November 6.

Thank you for your love and support.

Love,

Stephen, Kimberly, Lindsay, John, and Troy
